Project scope includes coordination of creative, printing postage, fulfillment and scheduling. Facilitate timely launch of programs. Oversight of contract fulfillment by outside sales vendors. Monitor retention programs orchestrated and stops data and execute programs to extend the average life of the subscribers. Ensure continuous use of customer touch-point processes. Manage the subscriber billing process, coordinating the growth of new print and electronic features and customized bill messaging, and working with Accounting and IT to ensure accurate and on time billing.
